So what is ELS

So what is ELS? What is ELS? All Jaguar Land Rover employees qualify for £200 of funding under the Employee Learning Scheme each year. The ELS funding can be used to pay towards a range of 'out of work' activities. Adventure Sports can offer Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery, 4x4 Off Road Driving, Team Building and Mixed Activity events for for individuals and groups of employees from JLR.
