You will learn how to create that perfect gluten window to make your own beautiful bread at home with helpful tips and guidance throughout your afternoon. You will learn how flour is made using our Mockmill to mill your own flour to use in your baking.
We will cover wholegrain flours and the various white flours as well as which breads are more suited to specific flour grains.
Everything will be provided throughout your afternoon including all of the ingredients, aprons, bowls, recipes, materials and equipment.
A freshly prepared lunch is included in your half day baking experience, including home made breads and cake for afternoon tea, made by your instructor.
