2024 BREAD MAKING WORKSHOPS

Our award winning baking experience days make wonderful gifts and are also a great way to learn new skill or upgrade current ones personally in a friendly, sociable space with like minded people . All of the experience days are currently hosted at Okens Kitchen in Warwick. It's a fantasitic bakeoff style kitchen with lots of space, centrally located in the Warwick town centre and close to Warwick Train station with local historic sites of Warwick Castle close by.

BASIC INTRODUCTION
TO BREAD MAKING £100

Our half day introduction to bread making experience days cover the vary basics of bread making using locally milled flours and natural ingredients.

 

You will learn how to create that perfect gluten window to make your own beautiful bread at home with helpful tips and guidance throughout your afternoon.

A delicious light lunch and homemade cake is included in your half day experience.

SOURDOUGH, NAAN BREADS, FOCACCIA AND BAGELS £145

Our all day bread making experience covers the beautiful if not mysterious world of sourdough making.

Includes hydration rates, kneading techniques and tips on how to create that strong gluten window needed for the perfect homemade sourdough boule or sourdough focaccia bread.

A delicious light lunch and homemade cake is included in your full day experience.

Learn how to make your own fresh french pastry from croissants to pain au chocolat.
