WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Our half-day Sweet Dough workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re completely new to baking, looking to improve or just needing to refresh the baking skills you already have.

Using traditional methods and only the very best ingredients, you’ll learn all the secrets to making sweet dough like a Master Baker.

Secrets such as the art of hydrating the dough in order to achieve the consistency required to ensure perfect results every time.

Once mastered, sweet dough can be used to create a wide range of buns and pastries – in this workshop we’ll be concentrating on Chelsea buns and donuts.

So you’ll also learn how to make delicious hot, sticky Chelsea buns, and beautiful Berlin donuts, both of which are staples of high-street bakeries and retailers.

Join us for a Sweet Dough workshop and give your confidence in the kitchen a boost by learning baking skills that’ll last a lifetime.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE AND TAKE HOME

This is a practical hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to make delicious, soft jammy donuts and fruit-filled Chelsea buns.

You’ll be taking home a bag full of amazing donuts and buns – and all the recipes too!
