WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Our half-day French Pastry course is suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re looking to improve your current baking skills or just looking to refresh skills you already have.
Using traditional methods and lots of fresh, quality ingredients you will learn how to make a perfectly sweetened dough, using French flour, to create delicious croissants and pain au chocolat.
You'll also learn the art of hydrating the dough to ensure perfectly rolled croissants every time.
Join us on a French Pastry course and give your confidence in the kitchen a boost by learning baking skills that will last you a lifetime.
You will have a delicious light working lunch freshly prepared on site by foundation chefs, which include sandwich platters and antipasti cheeseboards with fresh fruit selection.
WHAT YOU'LL MAKE AND TAKE HOME
This is a practical hands-on workshop.
Where timings allow, everything will be made from scratch on the day and everyone will get to take all of their treats home in a goody bag, along with the recipes.
So you’ll be taking home a bag full of French Pastry including delicious croissants and pain au chocolat.
